Returns Policy We have no doubt that you will be delighted with your back2thewall print, however if you are not completely satisfied or you have receive a damaged or faulty item and wish to exchange for the same item or arrange a refund then please follow a few simple steps:

How to make a return

Please send an email to returns-centre@b2tw.co.uk stating your wish to make a return , you will receive an online returns form and be issued with a Returned Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and a printable mailing lable.

1. All returns must be returned within 10 working days from date of dispatch. Otherwise no replacement or refund will be made.
2. Return all items in original condition and packaging.
3. All non defective goods must be returned through "Initial City Link" we will arrange a suitable collection date between client and courier, (customer covers return shipping cost, this is non refundable).

We would strongly recommend that you ONLY return goods with an RMA number through "Initial City Link" this enables all parties to track packages to ensure they reach us safely. Since we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost during transit if another postal service is used.

4. Defected Goods Collection will be arranged by us through "Initial City Link", a suitable collection date between client and courier will be arranged.
Please note all damaged items to be returned in original packaging within 10 working days to qualify for an exchange or full refund.

" Attach return mailing label to parcel NOTE: RMA shipment number must be clearly marked
" Refunds or exchanges will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Please use the RMA number issued in any correspondence relating to your return or replacement of an item.
In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange the goods have to be returned in a satisfactory condition we will not accept any pictures returned that show signs of being hung or mishandled if we find that this is the case you will only receive a partial refund.
The amount that you will be refunded will depend on several factors:

" Any item that has obvious signs of use, damage not in original packaging or missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of items price will be deducted.

Please be aware that it takes up to 5 to 10 working days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse.

Canvas Prints

We use Cannon 340g/m water resistant woven polyester Canvas, as this is a natural textured material sometimes a heavy grain is visible on parts of the print, this dose not affect the quality off the print.

We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods may occur.
We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken.
